How to Make an Iced Lavender Latte at Home

I’ve been reminiscing about my trips to Portland, and been craving a lavender latte like the one at Cheryl’s.

I did some research and here’s a quick and easy way to enjoy a lavender latte at home in minutes.

You can use any espresso of your liking as part of this recipe, and brew it with your desired method. I use a Nespresso, and I’m in love with it.

Pour the espresso over ice in a tall glass, and stir in 1 teaspoon of the Pink House Alchemy Lavender Syrup. This lavender syrup is the best one I’ve found – you can venture into the ~soapy territory with lavender syrups, but not with this one.

You can add more if you’re looking for a stronger flavor, but keep in mind it’s essentially straight sugar water brewed with lavender.

Next, add your preferred milk. I am a big oat milk fan, so I like Planet Oat. Planet Oat also foams better, so if you want to get fancy (whether you’re enjoying your latte hot or iced), use this in your coffee foamer. I use an Aeroccino, but you can also use a handheld foamer.

Then, I like to top it off with edible lavender buds

And there you have it – a quick and easy lavender latte at home!

It’s a great way to break up your morning caffeine fix and experiment with new flavors. Plus, you can use the lavender syrup for so many things. Follow the same concept and you can make lavender lemonade. This drink is perfect for the summer months!

Are you going to try it? Let me know in the comments!
